Grace not Karma

Last night was one of the most memorable nights of my college experience. I hope to convey it accurately for you all. It all began when I was hosting a prospective student in my dorm room.  I often do this.  Typically, it is a high school senior on a college visit, and they spend the night to see what dorm life is like. It started out like any other time I have hosted.  I met the girl a couple hours prior, we went to a worship service on campus, and then decided to go to sleep around 11pm. (my roommate and I on our bunked beds and the visitor on a mattress on the floor). My roommate and I watched some Netflix on our laptops (typical) before falling asleep around 12:30. The next thing I know is that I was waking up at 1:45am to my prospective student aggressively hurling onto the floor. Now.  At this point, you may be thinking she just puked a little.  I am here to tell you folks that she BARFED.  Fire hose.  Entire...

In the last YEAR since I posted (yikes.), God showed me that the plan I had laid out for my life was nothing compared to what He had planned for my life. I am blessed, and here's a few reasons why.

One month ago, I went to college. Here are some pictures!!!! If you are curious!!! This is my snackie drawer. Fun with my wing Snapchat saw these first.  But this is Haley. This is Emily. She is my cousin and now I live in the same city as her. Here's a pic of me and parents I went home last weekend for the homecoming dance because my home boy is still in high school.  Here are some photographs of such an occasion if you care to see those as well. My visit home was great, and now I am back in OC. Last weekend I went on a winter retreat with my youth group, and we had lots of fun! Kaitlyn, Paigey, and I Singing worship songs Happy :) When the pictionary word is "taxidermy"  Justice is learning how to play guitar! Photographing the "hardcore parkour" "Shelby take my senior pictures." I like this picture of Kaleb I don't really remember what was funny. Love spending time with my church homies :))

 Presents! (this is from last year, we were all the same height) And that is no longer true. Annual cousin stocking picture Joggers and the hair he calls the "golden river" In 8 months I will be living 2 minutes away from her and will get to see her all the time! Magnet game with grandma, Em, and dad handshakes ....and soccer. (Grant is commentating on the karaoke machine and controlling the scoreboard on the TV lol) It's not a family gathering if this doesn't happen.  They ended in a tie.
